Actually, the outage started almost a month ago. So yes, the shortage has probably hit the stations by now.

Not saying it's a good excuse, just giving the why for higher price at Exxon.

Making fuel prices here in Budapest Hungary sound normal. The photo is in Hungarian Forint per liter. I think that converts to around $6.50 USD per gallon.

I think I multiplied the local price by 3.8 and then divided by the then exchange rate of 350 to the dollar.

Apparently I don't remember what numbers I used.
