Yeah that is not cool. We have an HOA which for the most part isn't too bad. One rule is we're supposed to keep our garage doors closed during the day unless we're going in and out etc. A few houses down there has been a family having people over and having a bit of a social gathering in their driveway. All spaced 6' apart with a fire pit its pretty funny and I applaud them for continuing as normal as possible. When they do this they leave their garage door open to go in and out of the house. Well they posted up on our community facebook that someone formally complained to the HOA about their garage door being open. They've had these type of gatherings for 2 years doing the exact same thing with nothing ever said. Me and my two neighbors across the street constantly leave our doors open. We didn't receive any notices. Can't help but assume it was because these people were having people over and someone didn't like it. Rather than simply walking over and talking to them about their door or people over they just complained. My door will be from now on left open all day in support or our neighbors trying to maintain pre-covid normalcy.

This one is going to offend some people. But I don’t really care what those self righteous people think. You can’t designate yourself a hero. I’ve seen enough of the “I’m a hero” bullshit on social media. You aren’t a hero. You’re doing the job you were hired to do. As a Veteran, I’ve seen more than a fair share other Vets pulling this B.S. as well.
