Taking on a big project, inspired by Overlander, sound deadening/heat mat going down tomorrow. Just trying to keep the wife happy, really wasn't to bad pulling everything apart. Hopefully will help out with the sound, even though I don't think Its to loud personally.

Finished it all up today, not sure how it's helped yet. Was to nice to pass up a quick cruise while I had the top and doors off. That first pic isn't the finished product, one I took in the middle.

Turned out great. There’s some benefit with heat and noise, but not a ton.

For sure. I did mine after installing a magnaflow exhaust. Helped quiet it down a bit.

EVO trans skid- 3.6 JK, never installed, few scratches from moving around the garage- $70 shipped
4" synergy bump stops, Jeep JK, used, good shape with new hardware- $30 shipped
Jeep JL LED factory fog lights and wire harness- great shape, only ran them for about 6 months. $175 shipped
