Not sure if anyone else said this before I didn't read all 12 pages but I work at company that specializes in conveyer belts and one way we clean them to splice them together is rubbing alcohol and it gets everything off of it. So when I want my tires to look new again I use rubbing alcohol on them and it cleans all the stubborn brown road grime off of them it just wipes away. Have to use alot of clean raggs but it works and alcohol is cheaper and works better and most if the tire cleaners out there
