PA law with fenders and tires

How did the install of those go? Happy with them? You're the first Jeep I've seen them on...

The install took about 3 to 4 hours but was fairly easy. I am happy with the coverage but admit they would look better with 35" tires. I can't afford gearing right now so have to settle with 33's. I also wish I had them painted to match my Jeep.

Yes, it is my first Jeep. Bought it October 2014 and started to disassemble it April 2015. Next most likely will be front & rear bumpers and some lighting.

I'm running replicas of the Xenon flares and with 3.5" backspaced wheels they cover the tires perfectly, also have a mate with the real xenon flares and fit is spot on and super flexible when on rocks or pushed against a tree.
I'll post a photo from front on after I finish work for anyone that interested.

It will be awesome once you get this figured out THEN the cop will have to find a real crime being committed...not bashing....just saying. Can you post pics of your rig?

Those look good! Also look like they'd take paint better than the Bushwhackers would being smooth like they are.

Nice! They look just like the Xenon's.

I second that! What about those retread tires you see all over the interstate left by trucks? They are more a hazard than some rubber sticking out of your wheelwells. I was behind a 18 wheeler last year going about 75 miles an hour when a tractor trailer tire blew....was stuck right behind it and had to steer into the shoulder to miss all the debris. Felt sorry for the guy behind me as he had no idea what was going on till he hit the flying tread. Retreads should be banned......

This is the best pic I have on seeing the fenders

To go the "cheapest" route on this I'm going to put on uncut factory flares and put the bumper back on since he didn't like that other. Maybe he will appreciate the attempt to fix it mostly.

Edit: it's a good 3-4 inches outside the flare

Do what you want it's your jeep. Me personally , I wouldn't change a thing. I will take my chances.
Like I said state cops never bother me. Best thing is avoid busy towns like the plague, you should be anyways your in a jeep! Lol

Just looking at stock bumpers an wide fenders makes me wanna puke :icon_crazy:

Also be super nice with the cop, laugh with him about your big ass tires. That's what I did an only got a fix it ticket.
If you argue or have an additude , they usually slam you with a ticket ... As nazi as that sounds we have to play ball since we modify our jeeps so much.:grayno:
Or go the big ugly fender an bumper route? Lol

I feel better driving through towns! Haha. And it's impossible to avoid this guy unless I take a 20 mile detour only one way to my house and it's through his territory. It's only one cop that frowns upon it.

Those xenon dont look bad at all. I just heard that they tend to sag in the middle or something, maybe that is not an issue anymore.
