PA law with fenders and tires

It's an unfortunate reminder seeing this thread bumped.

I failed inspections at 2 different places in October. One was a large chain, so not surprised there, but the other was a custom hot rod shop.

Ended up driving the hour to my hometown which I know people that know people for a sticker...

Really hoping I never get hit with a fix it ticket.

They come with very heavy fender braces that fit under the fender. I would say they are at least 1/4" think and run fully along the top flat of the fender. If I get chance I will try to get a good picture of the under side of the front and back.
