hi all, long time listener, first time caller. have done a thing and ordered this on a whim. I don't need to tow, and its a 2 door. my question would be to anyone that has installed this, is the bolt in cross member satisfactory at stopping frame flex or distortion under the weight of the vehicle? and if it is, do you think there is much stopping my local jeep shop from fabing up a crossmember and welding it just slightly further down the rails?
also, under a situation where I need to get snatch strapped out backwards from a muddy situation, will it pose problems under that sort of kinetic energy? even if I have done my best to mitigate w/the bolt on replacement or a new weld in crossmember?
