LUX Lighting Systems

Their communication sucks.

I bought some lights that were shown in stock because of the recommendation here (instead of my usual default of buy Baja designs)- I bought these close to a month ago and nothing from them, I’ve sent a few emails, even reached out on Instagram messenger

When a company advertises a product in stock, claims to be a small business (which I like to support), they should tactically communicate and operate in a manner that separates them from the rest.

I run a company and we pride on communication, and follow up, seems to be a lost art.

But not being able to fill an in stock order in this time or communicate any changes isn’t going to win any repeat biz from me.

There is a reason they don’t have a phone number

I think they sold recently. The old owner was horrible with communicating. The dude totally ruined that company in my opinion.

Reach out to Infinite Off Road, 99.9% sure they were the ones to purchase LUX and may be better help.

For what it's worth, I had a pretty similar experience and did eventually get the lights.

It really is a bummer to hear how bad things have gotten especially being that I really do like these lights.
I know!

I bought them to support your recommendation and the fact they didn’t require drilling, but the support and communication is run like its a garage shop, not confidence inspiring

Update,

So I called infinite off-road and they advised they don’t “own” LUX, but they have LUX manufacture for them and they are the 3PL f(3rd party logistics) for LUX now

He asked what my order was, and advised he had just gotten it from LUX and is shipping it, and sent me a tracking number.

He seemed to know a lot about LUX’s operations, but didn’t claim to own them- I asked why it took so long to ship when they claim its in stock? He said their CS sucks (LUX’s), that’s why they are involved.

So, LUX sat on my order/money for a long time….

But I appreciate your insight here as it certainly seemed to motivate them…..
