That's a hell of a Hi-Lift jack mounted on the rear!! I especially like the concrete stabilizer base.

It had massive offset spacer/wheel combination with negative back spacing but with stock brakes and on 45s. They dropped the rear axle with a spring under conversion.
Crazy build.

Those are not negative back spaced wheels, but rather military 2 piece, internal bead locks turned around the wrong way! Don’t know what that rock ring on the outside is for. Here is a pic of a tire and rim off of a LMTV for comparison
