FYI, the Revel Stoke Pecan tastes terrible, and the bad flavor remains in your mouth for hours. It seems to be a traditional rite of passage (from the JK Experience).

Well it looks like the school nurse was incorrect in her diagnosis of HFMD in my daughter. She is fine today and it looks to be that it was a skin irritation around her ankles. That being said looks like we'll be attending as planned. Hoping to make it out tonight with my Costco seltzers

I had hoped to be pulling out of the driveway about right now but unfortunately I’m having to pull out of the trip. Haven’t had my Jeep for well over a month now and it’s still got its issues. Really was looking forward to revisiting some of my old Mojave Desert stomping grounds with you fine folks. Don’t know if Afton Canyon is on the route but it’s a fun little place to explore and get to drive through a river.
Damn I wanted one of those bad ass decals!
Maybe next year…
