ATTENTION
Hey everyone, it's almost time to do this thing and I wanted to let you know that I just sent the starting point by DM to everyone who is signed up to come.

Please make sure to show up with your fuel tank full, aired down and ready to roll by 8:30 AM. And, for those of you who are new to a run like this, I do mean ready to roll as that's exactly what we'll be doing promptly at 8:30 AM.

If you have any questions regarding the meet up location, please ask them in private message. Otherwise, please direct all other questions on the official thread on the forum.

Figures. Eddie sends out the starting point and I get a call from my wife that my 4yo has hand foot and mouth and is coming home from school. Based on this we may not make it after all. We're playing it by ear to see how she is feeling. Hopefully she is feeling better by then and we can make it. Most likely if we do we'll drive from the house Saturday morning.

Sounds like a great idea.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is most contagious during the first week of illness, especially when fever is present, but the virus can linger in the body, making individuals contagious for days to weeks even after symptoms improve

Only through close contact with saliva, mucous, blister fluid, and feces. So if we do come no kissing or handshakes and I'll make sure not to shit around anyone....haha.

In all seriousness we are taking it serious and don't want to get anyone sick so we plan on staying home if there is any risk. I mean after covid I was told its my responsibility to stop the spread. Never mind being courteous and just not getting others sick.

Maybe we can convince our older daughter to watch her (she is a baby sitter and actually had it about 6 weeks ago) and just the wife and I will come if we're not sick.
