    Average TJ Build

Chopping and tubing out the back is what I mean. That is what I wish I had done to my TJ. I sold it due to frame rot, and if I could go back in time; I would have just done something like this. Obviously this isn't for everyone, and certainly not for a daily driver.

Do you tow your Jeep in a toy-hauler?

Leave it to me to bring the redneck crap to the thread. I'm planning on building a crawler hauler sooner than later. I'm basically shooting for this. Will still be able to use the trailer for anything else if needed, and you can get the camping portion set up on the cheap. Not my pics, but...

JEEP TRAIL OFFROAD GPS: What GPS is everyone running?

Before you get a response on this, this subject is treading a fine line that the forum doesnt like to discuss. https://wayalife.com/showthread.php/39620-PLEASE-DO-NOT-Post-Up-GPS-Coordinates-or-Trail-Directions-on-WAYALIFE For an actual GPS, I use my phone and the app motionX GPS. The Lucky Jeep Build

Thought i'd finally make a build thead of my two door sardonically named Lucky. Bought it new in 2015 off the lot, two door rubicon. Originally stuck it on a 3.5" rubicon express lift and some 37" toyos with 5.13 gears. Kept it in this configuration for quite a while. The Rubicon express...

What was done to your rig this week?

Stuck it on a CTI trailer and realized I have a LOT of cutting to do, and that I may need to lift it another inch or so. I've love to hear your thoughts. I'm thinking about a 3/4 or 1" inch spacer up front, cutting off the front fender and support (Fabbing up a flat fender that's more TJ style...

    Random Willys of the day

I’ve been helping a friend of mine with this one for some time. Older pic, but I’ve been helping him get it running so he can enjoy it again. It’s a ‘53 cj2a he bought it in 1960 and has had it since. It was his daily driver for many many years just like you see it here. It has a 302 v8, and...

    2Dr on 37's And 40's

Cooper STT pro 40s. Probably about 4” actual lift. 3.5” springs in the front 14” coilovers in the rear. LOTS of cutting on the rear, not really any on the front other than fenders. Little stretch on the front, 6” in the rear. Sitting on full width superduty axles.

    Winch Statistics (WAYALIFE version)

I’ve got ~20 pulls on my 12,000 badlands winch and I would not suggest it. The duty cycle is very short, and the winch has to rest a lot or it gets too hot. I haven’t killed it yet, because I’m careful with it. But imo if you have to be that careful with a winch it’s a shitty winch. I’ll be...
