Who does filet surf and turf on a Monday? We do. Sunday nights are busy with kids side activities, so tonight we went all out. Steaks done with a quick sear and finished off in the oven to a perfect medium rare. Great sides and a nice Paso Syrah.

Yea that’s true growing up always leads to more eating lol... Good point it’s comforting to know you have leftovers as good as those in the fridge for lunch [emoji106]
