Just playing devils advocate all the banks that fund all these corporations they have an ESG Scorecard.
They hold the funds for those that don’t comply and those companies will fail. no excuses it’s all corporate greed. Consequences be damed 🤬

EEO and DEI are two completely different things.
"Equity" is the key word. It's forced compensation for stuff done when none of us were alive.
Equality and Equity are polar opposites.
Equality is we all start at the same spot on the track.
Equity means some get a head start for being a certain race or other immutable trait, and others are handicapped for being white, including Hispanic, Asian, etc.

I was an EO Advisor for a while in the Corps. It would be very different nowadays, so much so that it’s not a billet that I would want at all.
