The Wandering Jeeper
Caught the Bug
I have the PSC dual cooler on my 2012. It was one of my first modifications I did. Awesome product.

Is that a trans cooler? Do you have a link for a good trans cooler? Are they easy installs?
Yes, it's an easy install. It took me 30 minutes to install it. I removed the factory tranny cooler and put the PSC one in. The longest part was hooking up the power steering side of the cooler.
Don't have a link but they're easy to find on the PSC website.

I feel like mine was a factory defect from the get go since it only ran about a block and never had the chance to build any heat. The system that Greg posted is the exact system I installed. I'm not ready to jump off the PCS band wagon. They still make a great product in my opinion. Greg makes an excellent point in regards to the cooler and the reservoir. I think when I get back from Moab I am going to fab my own reservoir tank. I also have had success running Amsoil hydronic fluid. It like the stuff they run in tractors.
Is this it? It says trans cooler in the name, but the description makes it sound like its only a power steering cooler that has the ability to also run a transmission cooler...

Dave did you have the high volume pump from the get go? Psc told me to get clear synthetic fluid which I couldn't find. So I put royal purple in it. Which cost a fortune but Hopefully it will help.
Here is the set up that Off Road Evolution typically installs on the rigs like mine and Wayalife's that run aftermarket axles like the ProRock 60's

And this next link will give all the options that PSC sells. One of these kits should do it for you. Obviously you can piece all this together by getting the parts individually, but PSC can match all the stuff so there is no guessing about what, which, or how many of an item to get.

Hope this helps with your install
Bump for above question^
Any of you guys know if this is legit? Guy says he can build me a PSC setup for way cheaper by sourcing the parts himself...

You can find people doing these systems themselves. The questions that immediatly come to mine are whether it will work as well, who are you going to call when it stops working and whether you have the ability to trouble shoot any problems.
At least those are my concerns.
I considered that too, but the warranty should be the same, since the important components are still PSC. Also, you could replace ALL your components almost 3 times for the cost of the kit from PSC...
What are you waiting for then?
Can any one give me some advice on how i need to run my lines from the cylinder. Right now I have them under the track bar and the fittings are angled back. But now I'm thinking they should go straight up and in between the track bar and and drag link.
