Umami Burger in Hollywood.
I wish I could find a bottle of Pappy.
The bartender didn't even know they had it on top. I did a double take as I was scanning the whiskey. 20 bucks a shot and well worth it.

They had it at Eureka Burger in Bakersfield and 10 year was $35 a pour and 23 year was $88 a pour
