Truffle emmenthaler frittata with tasso ....
Not from the woods, but fresh in restaurants in Italy...they are delicious, amongst my favorites, which also include morels...
The risotto was excellent...you could probably shave white truffles on a shoe and it would taste good...
I'd be happy with just the mushrooms! Looks great!
