Ouch. I have a few avo trees but they’re too young. Gonna try hit the farmers markets and we’ll see. Something about woven bacon and avocado in a burger just sounds pretty damn good right now.

Edit: hell I might even buy a tub of premade guacamole and coat the bun with it if I can’t find any.
