I got a new Pit Boss 850 and smoked a tri tip last night. Basted it in a mixture of butter, beef stock, and bourbon every 30 minutes. Came out great!

Smoked/reversed seared New York’s.
And a few chicken boobs just cause we had some.




Makes it easy to get home after work and running the kid around to just thrash together a quick dinner.
