I think it has to do with the age that some of these people enter the military and the dorm/fraternity type of conditions that form from the living conditions. I've seen many of these types of people entering the workplace. They lack workplaces maturity and struggles with the reality of the "unfair" environment. They expect the other employees to be like their brothers from the military. Granted not all of them, but it's a fairly common thing to see nowadays.
