Yep. Internal 205F and you can pull the meat right off with a finger. Even the backstraps lol. You just slide a finger and pull the meat off.

Oh yeah. It's fucking tiny. About the size of a dime. But the meat pulls right off. De-boning these things is all feel. No knives or forks, all fingers (that's what she said).

Yep.

Squirrels do have inner tenderloins too though lol. Near impossible to extract in an isolated way. They're about twice as big as a grain of rice. I just pull what I can off the carcass.
