Thanks most people would prefer a 870 but mossberg make a damn fine pump gun too. I only wish it had ghost ring sights. The heat shield had a ghost ring rear sights but it melted off....

I have a Parkerized 870, like that. It’s heavier, and the Mossberg safety is in a better place. I got it for a really good price. Both are good guns.

So, as to my earlier post, I may wind up going .454 Casull, with the Ruger. I handled an S&W .460, and it’s just too big and heavy.

I would go .460 because you have the ability to shoot .460, ,454 Casull and.45LC, more versatility in one gun.

Springfield Armory, partnered with BCM, to make an AR15 called, “The Saint.” Their motto for the rifle is, “Defend your Legacy,” meaning your right to bear arms. I like that. I picked one up, while AR rifles are cheap. I think I like it more than my Colt.

It’s a very fine, reasonably priced rifle. It has a lot of Bravo Company stuff on it. I wanted a rifle with a mid length gas system, anyway.
