SE Texas is getting whacked again by a hurricane

Beaumont is completely submerged. it's about an hour and 15 from Greater Houston. some spots got 28 inches overnight.

now, the NE side of Houston is getting whacked. 9 inches in a hour in some spots. places that survived Harvey are getting hit with flash floods.

Damn thats crazy. They're still probably not fully recovered from Harvey now this.
