Rubicon Brakes Vs Mopar Perfomance

I'm guessing it's bigger because the Recon and 392 have bigger brake calipers and rotors than the regular Rubicon models.

no idea, but I ditched the stock brake pads/rotors once I started towing; now using Power Stop Heavy Duty Front/Rear Brakes. Big difference.

Yeah the extreme recon breaks are upgraded but I'm not sure which ones. They stop really well and I find my self coming to jerky stops at times.

Well sort of true, the extreme recon and 392 has the same brakes that come on the Gladiator. The JT has bigger rotors on the rear than the JL due to towing capacity. Side note the Extreme Recon and 392 use the same housing as the JT which has 3/8 tube thickness.

I should also note that the caliper bracket itself on the rear is also different.

As for the Mopar Performance brake kit, I'm pretty sure they are just the standard Rubicon breaks. Only because that kit has being sold from Mopar in 2018 well before the JT, 392, and Extreme Recon where announced.
