Well I went and did it. Just purchased some brand new slightly used IPF 968 Series Driving Lights. They come with the 55w and 100w bulbs. The lights have been installed, but never connected and the wire harness has never been used. Pretty happy with this and I think they will work great.
I had PIAA 525 dual beam lights on my last JK, but since the new one has factor fogs I think the driving lights will be more than enough for now.

Congrats on the 2012 Robar. Loving mine sofar... But one complaint. The interior is ...well....refined. The 2010 I had was fairly bare bones when compared to the 2012. it had all the rubicon goodies, but I didnt feel bad getting it dirty and not cleaning it, lol. This one... well... I am just gonna have to bite the bullet, pull the doors and top off, and find a mud hole, and hammer down, lol. The inside is just too pretty, lol. Cant wait to see the pics when your down robar.

Hey Robar, I thought that I had hooked something up wrong on my lockpick cause some of the functions like being able to watch a DVD as you drive were not working. So I called lockpick to see what I did wrong and they basically told me that they haven't figured out how to fool the 2012 computer yet and that they will give an upgrade when they do. Didn't know if you already new that or not, figured I would pass it along.

OK, thanks for letting me know. I haven't tried watching a DVD while moving anyway. The rear camera works and so does the in motion nav, so I'm good for now.

I figured as much....:doh: I wonder if detaching the ground to the e brake and attaching it to a permanate ground would fix it? But I think its more of a motion thing cause I tried with the e brake up slightly and the video still shut off. Think I'll play it safe and wait till lock pick calls me with the fix.

Well, I think I finally have a partial game plan. As long as I can save up for it.

I recently purchased some Rugged Ridge Off Road Flat Fenders. Wasn't really excited about that, but they will serve a purpose, since one of the oem fenders was shattered. I hope to get the front EVO bolt on coil overs on the front set to about 3" and the 3" plush ride springs and King shocks on the rear. Still not sure on wheels or a front bumper that I need to replace.

Has anyone seen the quality on the JCR Off road Dagger front bumpers in person? Still thinking about the EVO 1/4 pound front, but not sure. :idontknow:
