A quick steam to soften up and then sautéed with garlic, lemon zest, a touch of salt and some Korean red peppers. Like cauliflower only with a nice nutty taste - I like it :)

Probably don't get the full flavor with frying it in tempura. :idontknow:

Lol I wasn't the chef, if I was I probably would have dumped a ton of cheese on it, but it was good fried..if I ever see it again I will have to roast or steam it and see what it really tastes like
