Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

A shitload. The guys at The Tile Shop were helpful too. In my lifetime I've been lucky enough to be around some contractors doing it and two of them did it full time. So even years ago I have some memories of watching them. Lucky for me, this won't be heavily walked on or anything and with the stone we chose, any mistake will add to the cosmetic value.
If you need a tile saw I have one you can use. Might be too late.

Got tiles set. Kind of a pain in the ass. The tile guy told me it may be. These tiles aren't exactly symmetrical even with a pattern so after the lay out, they have to go in the same spot. So a lot of pulling and gluing. Whereas in a square/rectangle setup, you can put the adhesive and then add the tiles. In my case, I had to pull tiles and leave other tiles there and put the adhesive around them. Either way, visually I'm happy. These things also are different heights. Hopefully the stove doesn't rock too much.
