The conflict is you may read but not for comprehension... nobody is talking about a lost or dementia person, the entire discussion has been about intruders, someone that has broken into your home uninvited, an intruder, not some random dementia (or lost) old person wondering the streets ringing/knocking on someone's door by accident.

Yes and thankfully came to my senses before I plunked down two million clams on a house that will be taxed somewhere around 15k a year. Not to mention income taxes and highest in the nation gas taxes I can go on but won’t.
Chances of California being livable in my lifetime are somewhere between hell freezing over and zero.

So far only Oklahoma has been really targeting this. Every state should have mandatory inspections at their weigh stations with English competency being one of the inspection items, then a thorough review of the driving abilities of EVERY NY and California driver. If the trucking company has hired an illegal they lose their truck.

Actually had this happen when we lived in Md in a suburban hellscape where all the houses look the same. Middle of the night dog starts low growl and faint woof. Sounds like someone’s at the back door. Holy shit grab my gun and head downstairs. Sure as shit some drunk chick trying to put a key into the door which of course wasn’t working. Called cops and they got to deal with her.
