Onlyone’s Sarge Diesel JLU

My brother ordered these for me for Christmas, knowing I probably couldn’t afford them this year. I made a whole lot less being home with my wife for a lot of the year. I’ve been eyeing them since they came out. I think they are slick and what the Jeep style should have been. The oracle slim taillights. 5 minute install. The backup lights are crazy bright as are the lights themselves. Anywho, here’s some pics.1D8CA2F0-8590-4C4A-B65C-D1EFD10FB8F8.jpeg5F042706-7E53-415D-864D-768731BB1214.jpeg03BAF7BF-FED0-4140-8228-0B1C65E8DA36.jpegF44E218D-B270-479A-AFD2-2D2D218E7A46.jpeg62BF5FAB-0121-4C68-A843-763DAD291B5B.jpeg1F791AC6-22C0-4995-8FCE-71A03A7307EA.jpeg28438CFB-194A-4EEB-A6BF-55628CA954BA.jpegEF824626-6F93-40A3-9FD2-07E021504F9B.jpeg9F73C5A2-4FC8-4D14-96E7-39FC058DDEA6.jpeg3279BE6A-9907-424D-A383-B86CB49A1928.jpeg

Gotta say, those are really freakin nice. Love that they wrap with the tub. Extremely clean.

”Deleted” Aux battery and installed my Odyssey. Its been getting worse and worse so I decided to get off my ass and install the battery. Much easier in the diesel. I left the factory Aux battery there (for future dealer encounter)and unhooked the negative side, taped and stowed it away. I’m waiting on a switch for my winch pos cable. I have since zip tied it out of the way. I thought I better unhook it without some sort of disconnect. Simple.

Are you still happy with the taillights?

I’ve been driving around with a cracked taillight for some time, it still works but I should probably replace them.

They are great. The back up lights are very bright. Haven’t had any issues. Mind you they’re a lot easier to love when they’re free. If money isn’t an issue they are terrific. Are they worth the cash? I guess it’s up to you. They are OEM quality, bright and work flawlessly. I think they look a whole lot better than the factory ones, but I also had the base halogens. I guess that’s a long winded yes. I’m extremely happy with them. 😂

Well, money is always an issue but they’re a boatload cheaper than a single Mopar LED taillight.

Ok. Well that’s an easy decision. They are much better than even the LED OEM. I didn’t know they were that much.
