Overall, it seems like they probably deserve a good review. Manager stepped up and got things fixed, got you the extended warranty too. Plus a sweet loaner is never a bad thing.
I wasn't there so I don't know how they made you feel about all of it. But from the way I read the posts, seems pretty darn good.

Sounds like the dealership treated you pretty well. I know it was likely inconvenient and a PITA but they treated you better than the Ram dealership Ive been dealing with to take care of warranty issues on my Ram that I'm first owner on. I'll have to check out your other thread, hope the damage wasn't severe.

My 2014 has had two coolant leaks. Both very slow, it never drips, eventually I smell it. First was T-stat housing, next was upper radiator hose.
