I picked up these magnetic silicon things on Amazon. They are originally for keeping miscellaneous small cords organized but they also work realy well keeping the wires I have run along my roll cage in place. 20220918_190735.jpg

You could even get creative with them and hold other light weight items down. I'm going to slap a few extra on just in case I find a need for them. 20220920_173158.jpg

So after getting the first tire mounted I think I may need ring spacers. I got them on order but like everything else they are back ordered. Lucky I can still continue working because the slowest part for me aside from tightening the ring down is getting the bead down on the front of the wheel. I had to rig up some tools to get the job done. First I used a bar clamp in reverse to stretch the bead so I could hammer it the rest of the way home. 20221029_174938[1].jpg Then the bead was starting to pop off so I was chasing my tail before I used some washers and some scrap L brackets I had laying around to clamp the bead in place.

I already mounted the tire once before realizing I had TWO valve steams to install.😬Then some how in the chaos of hand to hand combat I got the tire on backwards.
If that wasn't enough I broke the TPMS sensor getting the tire back off. 🤬

Welp, failure is always a option.

That’s a good idea, and it looks good as well!
Thanks, I was originally going to make it out of thicker plastic but I had a sheet of Kydex that was damaged just laying around. Turned out to be nice because the Kydex is a lot lighter and its tough as nails. Working with the Kydex does make me want to make a holster for something now though. 🤔

My cousin has done several. He loves Kydex. I don’t have any experience with it, but do like the level of customization that you can get with it relatively easily. I have only used Blackhawk or hard nylon drop holsters.

I have been patiently waiting over 2 months for Beadlock ring spacers to show up so in the meantime I made some room for the new 37". The MCE fenders I got fit perfectly and are very well made.

I'm still working on cutting the inner fenders to fit and cleaning up some hardware. Does anyone have any thoughts on using Raptor liner on the rear inner fenders? 20230104_094414[1].jpg

After months of waiting I finally got my spacers. 20230120_173838.jpg
Now that I have spacers installed the ring doesn't seem to be flexing but oddly enough the tighter the ring gets the closer my hardware gets to the walls of the counter sink in the rings. So much so that by the time I have the bolts torqued some trap the socket against the ring and its a real PITA to get the socket off or back on. 20230121_111853.jpg 20230121_111725.jpg
Have any of you guys seen anything like that? I'm only concerned because if I where to use other socket there is a good chance it wouldn't fit.

Got some speakers to install today. 20230218_132521.jpg
I miss having the factory speakers after putting the cage in. I'm not going to put a subwoofer back in so hopefully these 6.5" will take up some of the slack.
