Buddy has cancer, don’t know if it’s mild or hard core. Going to have surgery Friday. Got him at 8 years old, now he’s 10. He’s got a stay around for awhile. Going to cost a boat load of money probably. I don’t care, I need my best friend.

Man that sucks to hear. Our red nose Pit got cancer at four years old. All said and done was $8K. That was in 2014 though. We got 10 more awesome years out of her before we had to put her down.
Look into Care Credit. Gives you interest free payments for a few years if you’re not in a place to do it all up front.
Hope it’s not too tough on the fella and hoping he has a speedy and successful recovery. Dogs are the best, especially Pits.

Oh man so sorry to hear this. Prayers for you and Buddy. Our shepherd chow mix ended up with cancer. After her surgery we had five solid years trouble free. Veterinary medicine has come a long way since then. So hopefully you’ve got even more time together.
