Minerva at the vet’s. We think she got a foxtail under the skin between the toes one of her paws.

“Mom? Dad? Can’t we just go home?”

The Doc removed the foxtail without complications and sent Minerva home with antiinflammatory medicine and antibiotics. This morning, you couldn’t tell anything was ever wrong and is expected to heal quickly

The Doc looked her over for signs of other foxtails and found none.

Good deal! My black lab had one that worked its way down from his gum and into his jaw- surgically removed. Ouch!
