Yea I hear ya, just dumb how expensive 38s are. Contemplating it but it’s a lot of stress, tho the JLs seem to handle it better then the JKs ever did.

Depending on which lift I have Jeremy install will depend on what size tire I run. With the 2.5 I'll stay with 35's with the 4.5 I'll go with 37's

It’s wild how much they are, debating just throwing 40s as the are cheaper and I’ll be due by spring or before

I went through the same exact thought process.

Starting looking at 38s immediately after seeing this thread, saw the price, debated 40s. Decided to just rotate my Coopers and maybe save for 38s next year lol.

I’m on 38s and 617 a tire right now is just rough when I think 40s are 550 or something like that . All depends how safely I could run them, which isn’t very likely lol

Are you as good of a driver as Mel? He’s running 40s on his 392 with stock axles.

That’s the thing, he’s not only buying time but prob has a set of axles just waiting to be put in haha.
