100%. And if you've done it once, you antiseize everything so the 2nd time stuff comes apart easier.

Only person I've seen attempt rebuild was Overlander and IIRC it was such a pain that he gave up.

I bought the Dynatrac rebuildable for my JKU, thought it would save me time... pfffttt

They redesigned the BJ and replaced their online instructions with the new design; after an hour of trying to remove the cap that did not exist, I finally pressed it out, installed HD Crown on both sides.

The boot glue also takes 24 hours to fully cure, and they don't recommend fully greasing them until that time.

Contacted Dynatrac about the instructions, new design and how I destroyed the ball joint; they sent me a new set of ball joints that are still in the box, on the shelf. I'll use them like regular ball joints the next time I replace them and will not rebuild when that next time comes.
