You got it, brother. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
I know its hard, but try not to focus on the bad stuff until you get a diagnosis. I had a coworker who had a weird blackout in one eye and they were talking about MS. Turned out he was overdosing on vitamins. He quit taking the vitamins and his vision quickly returned.
Anyway, the point is it can turn out to be something simple. Hang in there and try to stay positive.

Thanks Got the CT scan of my neck this morning nothing has improved but I hope maybe this will give us some answers a pinched spinal cord in your neck can cause all these symptoms according to the neurologist
