I do. I have it wired up to power but have seen the battery one work for well and for a long time.
Yeah I never installed doorbell power. Didn’t figure it was worth it with how batteries are nowadays. I see eufy has one that the batteries last six months on one charge.
I could easily see that being the case. Not like you'll have people coming up to your door every day and multiple times at that. Just make sure to set it so that it only picks up people so that animals won't trigger it.
I do. I have the Dual. Shows straight forward and down at package. Mine requires low voltage hardwire.
I have the dual also. House had a doorbell previously so the wiring was already there. Sucker picks up every little movement that's for sure. Had a nest and a ring before this and this one works for better.
Have you tried turning down the sensitivity?
Yeah I can’t imagine it really picking up anything other than delivers and that’ll only happen until I get my gate built. More so just want it for when we are gone we can see the front.

That's mainly what I use mine for and most of the time, I just turn it on so that I can take a quick look being that it rarely turns on on its own.
