Hi

Picked up a rear dana 60 out of a 2000 E350 van and a front dana 60 out of a 1997 ford F-350
Ordered a bunch of parts today. Artec front truss system , ARB air lockers front and rear , gears with install kits , blue torch fab fear truss, ball joints, calipers rotors and pads.

Subscribed! Looking forward to seeing this come together!

You should think about throwing some chromoly outers on your list.. I kept mine stock, and they lasted a while, but finally busted one. The inners are 35 spline, but the outers are 30 and certainly the weak spot.

Though I did hammer that thing pretty hard- and they lasted a pretty long time.

Your rear axle has the same brakes I swapped onto mine :)

I will be upgrading as the funds allow lol. Thank you for the info. I have a big auto show April 24th so I needs to be done by then.

Everything tacked on and ready to check control arm mounts and coil spring pad location. I should have everything welded up by the weekend.

Brackets look good. Time to do the final welding tomorrow. looks like I should be able to have it all mounted up by the end of the month.

Are you doing the front as well? I'm sure you already used a jack to lift each side of the axle to imitate articulation.. When I did mine, everything worked out great and did not bind except the front lower control arm would hit the driveshaft at compression.. Like I said, I'm sure you already checked it, just want to make sure.

It was pretty easy to move both my brackets outward to solve the problem.

Thank you for all the input. Yes I'm doing the front with the Artec swap truss and RK 3 link long arm. I wish I could afford coilovers now.

I was able to get all the brackets burned on permanently.

Making some progress.
I modified the AEV corners for a trail tail LED light.

I put a lift in My TJ so at least I can still go out wheeling while the JK is down. We had a large group at rausch creek over the weekend it did great.

Looking good! Can't wait to see it all put together! When do you plan on getting the front end under it?

Thank you
Got a little more done today.
