DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE - Do You Give Straight 10s?

As an ex Stellantis service advisor.
I'll say it doesn't truly matter how good the service was, most newer Chrysler vehicles are all hunks of shit, and that got taken out on me EVERYTIME. Like, "Sorry, you paid $60k for a rig that now has 1182 recalls and is consistently breaking down."

I've always done my best to help and "educate" my guests, but some are just pissed they are stuck in a contract.
It was a BIG part of my pay though, CSI is HUGE for Stellanis.
I sold cars for a while, at a CDJR the longest and, my good buddy who was still in the business just got let go over CSI. Some real BS.
