Brakes

Good to know, thanks. Was considering getting a set of EVO’s because I thought it would tighten up the soft brake pedal feel.
There are strips to check your brake fluid, but I just do a flush when the brakes begin to feel soft, check this out

I wouldn’t consider mine that bad yet but they could be better I’m sure. It’s pretty hilarious when I go to drive Robyns car and hit the brakes for the first few times- about lock them up. Haha

Did you see a difference in brake feel with the braided brake lines?
There is an improvement in braking and I cannot say how much is due to the steel braided lines or if they made any difference at all. I installed heavy duty JT calipers, discs and master cylinder at the same time. The original brake lines were 10 years old had over 150,000 miles on them and one had trail damage.

I wouldn’t recommend replacing the OEM with steel braided lines unless the OEM brake lines need replacing.

Thanks for the update. 👍🏻
