We have one and have the same problem. When it works, it's great but more times than lately, it's been having issue with buffering. Also, I used to use the Radio app to listen to tunes but find it ridiculous that you can't bookmark stations that you like. Sure, you can do that with the iTunes radio now but, it doesn't have stations like the other Radio app has.

Had this problem, had mine set under the tv, all I did was move it with nothing over it and all problems were fixed. And metal or other things that could interfere with the wifi will affect its buffering speeds.

I like the Apple TV, but I like others better. I use Plex as my media server, and it works much better. Primarily because it on-the-fly transcodes my bluray masters which is good for varying network conditions. That's geek speak for it makes the quality higher or lower to accommodate where you're watching from. :twocents:
