I'll add a maybe list to the original post. Hope you can make it. I ran the Jeep Jamboree there in 2013 and it was a lot of fun.
Rubicon, yes.
Stock, no...it has street tires.
The biggest obstacle is traction. There are some rock trails, like rock gardens, so a lift or skids would be advised.
Mostly, it's trails from one scenic area or playground to another. As previously stated, it's kinda like Rausch Creek...just bigger.
The trail ratings we'll be on are mostly blues. With greens to get from one place to another.
As far as camping goes that's totally cool but you'd have to find a local site nearby as camping is not permitted yet on the property. It will be soon but not yet.
When we're there the park won't be "officially" open. This is something special for WOL members.
It's also very close to the Yuengling brewery.
The PA Military Museum isn't far from there too and their open on Sundays.
They offer guided tours for groupsIt would be cool to take videos of the jeeps in front of some of their tanks
