Very nice! And no kidding about their current quality…Bought this hood ornament as a Christmas present for my dad back in 1986. He installed it on his Cherokee Chief and it's been on there ever since. I removed and polished it up. Looks like new! AMC made good shit back then. What I'm seeing from Jeep these days leaves a lot to be desired.

Mostly the boring but important stuff. The goal is getting it reliable again after 20 years of sitting. EFI, ignition, fuel system cleanup, cooling system overhaul, fixing oil leaks, sorting the electrical gremlins, and new Dakota Digital gauges. Basically trying to make it run, stop, and not catch on fire.
