    Power Stop Z36 pads

I am looking for a cheap upgrade to my brakes after putting 35” tires on a 2022 JLUR. Will Power Stop Z36 pads be an improvement over stock, or any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

How Do I know which Steering Box I Have

Hello all - How do I know if I have an aluminum or steel steering box. I assume a 22 JLUR would have a steel one, but how can I check?

    Exhaust Tip Cleaner

I know this is a Jeep post, and Jeeps are meant for off-road, but I’m going to ask it anyway. What’s a good exhaust cleaner for a stock JLUR exhaust? I’m guessing that I would want to avoid any real abrasive cleaners? Also, since the exhaust is not polished, I’m guessing that I do not want to...

    Re-Gearing

My Jeep sees 8th gear without any problem. Seems like 4.10 with automatic with large tire flash to pcm with 315 70 17’s is good.

    Re-Gearing

Yes. I did the PCM for big tires, and feels good. I agree with what I’m hearing. I do not think I’ll re-gear, unless I go bigger. Thanks all

    Re-Gearing

That’s how I’m feeling with driving on 4.10’s and 315’s too. I am also wondering if by not re-gearing, will I be causing additional wear on the engine, transmission, etc.? Seems great to drive, and not really wanting to spend $1,800-$2,000 to re-gear, if not needed. Thanks

    Re-Gearing

Hello All - I just put 315 70 17 BFG KO2’s on my JLU Rubicon automatic. I have a 4.10 gear ratio, and seems to be acceptable. Any thoughts on re-gearing to 4.56 or 4.88 would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello All - Newbie here with questions

Thank you for the replies and the welcome! Also, last Friday after the install, I noted that my passenger side rear lower control arm was completely loose - the bolt was completely loose and the bar rattled. I was cleaning the underside of my Jeep by hand, and when I cleaned the rear lower...

Hello All - Newbie here with questions

It’s mostly mild - more of a shimmy going over bumps. However when I went over a bigger bump/bridge expansion joint yesterday, it was more than just a shimmy. The steering wheel went further left and then quickly to the right and I slowed down after it happened, and it stopped. It scared me...

Hello All - Newbie here with questions

Hello All - I am new here, but have been in the Jeep community since 1997. I have a 2022 JLU Rubicon, and I am having some shimmy/DW after the dealership installed a 2” Mopar lift last week. I had never experienced death wobble or steering shimmy prior to the lift install. The day of the...
