Truly impressive how that trail repair is performed. Never gave it a second thought before seeing this.
BTW: we need to get up there and run this trail again. Loved it!!!

I definitely want to do this one again this year as well.

I'm interested. I am mostly sure we have plans, but waiting on final confirmation. On another note, we ran a badass trail today that may be really nice when the colors change at the end of September. May be fun to do a run then.

What are some of the top fall trails for color in northern Colorado?

Last week September, first week October is best bet. The peak of the colors moves north to south and will vary by altitude. We caught middle St vrain last year at the peak and it was pretty amazing.

Thanks again for the fall info. I am planning to take my jeep from Montana back home to Nashville during the last two weeks of September. Thought I might try to hit some of the Northern CO trails in the aspen country. I am thinking about crossing the WY border in the Medicine Bow-Routt NF area and wandering from there.

Hey guys, thinking I might do a run on Sunday Sep 24. Anyone interested? I'm currently in Spain so I won't be able respond until next weekend likely, but let me know if there's any interest. Alternatively, we could do a beers meetup.

We'd be interested. Good time to see some colors. What trail are you thinking?
