Looks like a good time! I'm also in those short stays from my kids do to school and Military. God bless and safe travels to your daughter.

Found what was causing that damn rattle!

Changed the oil last night & while I was waiting for it to drain I rooted around under Gruff to see if I could see anything loose that would cause a slight rattle every now and then.
Found this stowaway from I'm guessing Rausch Creek. Damn thing was up on the tranny skid where I couldn't see it.

Lol thats funny. Reminds me of the amount of mud jim has on his skid plates after he sunk it up to his door hinges [emoji23][emoji23]

Since I only ordered a Sport model with zero frills, I was stuck with the entry level radio and really, the biggest problem with the sound system, the crappy entry level speakers. Don't need to tell anyone how bad they suck.
Thanks to JK_Dave who posted up his speaker change-out. I went the same way. Rear sound bar replacement is simple. The fronts are more complicated as you have to take out the majority of the dash. They do clear the speaker grilles in the front. Just have to leave the grill off, which isn't even needed there.

LOL! I just now saw this post! Glad I could give your sexy rig some inspo! :thumb:

How is the Shark hide holding up on your wheels? Seen a lot of your pics this winter looking like they've been through a salt bath.

Yeah, so far so good. We finally warmed up some so that hopefully I can thoroughly wash it tonight. That salt shit is nasty :icon_crazy:

Yeah, I don't have the power stuff either but I now wish I has the satellite radio. I have it in my Durango and I really miss not having it in the Jeep.

Well that turned out to be a dumb idea

DON'T use black oxide coated screws to hold your skins on unless you like this look: :icon_crazy:

I took 'em out & re-installed the stainless steel ones that came with them. Lesson learned and I should have known better.
Black oxide does not withstand road salt.

On another note, I ordered a Bestop black twill softtop (not the NX version, I like the full top) and a Rock Hard bolt-in cage last week. C'mon Spring!
