Yeah, because mopar 44's are so well built lets invest in their version of a 60.This is the same crowd that would rather have a semi float pr60 than a mopar full float 60. Keep that in mind before you get too upset.

What could go wrong ?
Mopar 44s were designed with weight and cost as primary considerations being that they are OEM components. The dana/spicer 60s are full blown 60s that have been under 1 ton pickups for 50+ years. And if you would rather pay more for a semi float then clearly there is some brand fanboyism going on. Enjoy your slightly stronger housing I'm sure that will serve you well when you bend or break a flange.
I wouldn't pay 2k for a full float mopar 60.
Case in point.
If you have 4k to spend on a rear end this forum will tell you to get a trail 60 or SF pr60 instead of the spicer ud60. That's not sound advice that's being a fanboy. But apparently OP took all of your thoughts seriously enough to get butthurt and leave the forum.
So you have nothing to say regarding the rest of his post? Odd.....

Wtf? This is still going on?
It rather have a full float pr80 if we are throwing out our wishes.
