I just did a good one last weekend called Cleghorn off the Cajon Pass. Big Bear has alot of really good trails that I like. Also Gorman has some good trails and also has a practice area.

OCU at I.T.S., Any good local trails you could turn me onto?, I'm a transplant from the I.E. and haven't ventured around LA / OC much.
