Yes I hate the ESP. I need to figure out how to fully disable it on the 2012. I've tried the steering wheel dance a couple times and no luck.

^ take out your center console, locate the box under neath it, and the purple wire with light blue stripe, cut the wire and hook both cut wires up to a toggle switch. to turn it off, flip the switch, to turn it back on, flip the switch back on and restart the jeep.
