I thought I would share a couple of things I did while installing my homemade fascia that maybe will help someone else as the inside nuts at the rear frame support become a pita. First- I tacked the washer to the nut, then welded a 1/4" Sq x 3" long piece to the nut.

With the washer tacked to the nut, it is too thick to fit into the opening in the rear support, so I took the grinder to the outside face of the nut, until it fit in the opening.

Then you push the Sq rod thru first, until it comes out the opening on the inside of the rear frame support.

Makes attaching the 2 bolts super easy.

I meant to tell you this is an awesome Idea on the nuts!

Found a new feature on my jeep today that I didn't know it had-
ARF. Automatic Radiator Flush. :D

Apparently previous owner had switched out hose clamps at some point, and if you don't know already, these hose clamps come loose after a while

Luckily, caught it in time, radiator was about 3/4 full still. I thought it was the water pump until I saw the hose :D
some melted wireloom was only damage.

Damn Paul, glad you shut this down in time.

Nothing like a stinky antifreeze steam clean, that stuff smells about as bad as diff fluid on the hot parts. Can't wait to see what you come up with the rotopax mounts, I'd like to figure out a way to mount two to my PSC tire carrier.

Gotta ask. Did you upgrade to stainless clamps ?

185 cfm will take care of business! We use exactly those for blowing pull ropes in through hundreds of feet of conduit for cable pulling.

^ I had a feeling you would know exactly what it was :)
I think the 10 cfm from the york will be plenty :D

Not for my build, but I made 3 sets of tire carrier brackets for the rotopax mounts today over my lunch hour :D

Glad you pointed me to your build thread. Love your jeep and the stuff you have done to it. I'm in the process of attempting to build my own bumper. Looks awesome, and I think I've had my concerns about the treadwrights addressed.:beer:

Here's a set of brackets after getting trimmed down. They will mount to an Lod carrier and hold 2 rotopax on both sides of the spare tire.
